World's first MR16 HID light with a self-contained ballast. No remote ballast to be installed. When only the best will do, these are the lights for you. At 30 watts, they are virtually plug and play, and their light output is intense. 3 times brighter than standard halogen bulbs. These lights put out 1850 lumens.
This is a 30W single HID post-mounted lamp with a CHROME housing and a FLOOD beam pattern.
For reference:
Spot: 12 degree beam angle
Flood: 36 degree beam angle
For maximum lighting, we recommend running two spots on a motorcycle for these lights unless you do a lot of tight single tracking riding, in which case we recommend one spot and one flood beam. If you need a wiring harness, we stock the PIAA motorsports harness which we believe is the best in the business. These lights work great with our 1" EXCEL light mounts when mounting to an engine / crash bar or our fork mount light bracket for the KTM LC8s.
